Doctor Who a Person of Pinterest

OK. I know I’ve done a lot of – OH MY GOD I FOUND THIS ON PINTEREST. But, honestly, the most I have time for anymore is flipping through pages of Pinterest. I’ll even admit I have a secret Wedding board. UGH! I’m one of those girls. But, I assure you it is necessary for sanity.

I left my home, my friends, and my routine for hope. For love. And while I’m believing good things will happen and have my sisters and a roof over my head, my routine is all shot to hell and back again. For someone with an anxiety disorder, that is extremely disruptive and I fight bouts of depression throughout the days. Pinterest can pull me back from dark thoughts because it brings me belief that I can eventually be in a better place to make the things I want to make, it gives me laughter when I find something silly, and it’s a small slice of my routine I am able to keep.

All that to say.  I found some cool Doctor Who things on Pinterest. Like these TARDIS flip flops. GAH! I want! My own TARDIS is stuffed out in my sister’s garage, I had to cut it in half just to get it here, and all my pictures and reminders of how to smile again are locked up in a plastic prison. To make up for that, I think my sisters are going to need to through me a Doctor Who birthday party and make one of these TARDIS pinatas, because, well, because they owe me.

TARDEx for all your shipping needs you didn’t know you had yesterday. Seriously, this should exist! ;)

Hot Topic must have a license to sell, because they have a lot of Doctor Who stuff. Like this Sleeper Set for women. It actually does look comfortable.

My niece has an ice tray with star shapes, don’t I deserve this TARDIS and Dalek mold to make my own geeky ice?

I like how these people added touches of Doctor Who to their wedding. It’s a little subtle with the Rose and blue references (especially as the blue isn’t TARDIS blue), but it’s a cute idea. The huge entrance TARDIS is a nice touch.
